“This was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our two week road trip. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was very comfy!”

“Overall it was a pleasant stay. The carpet looked like the vacuum did not go over some areas as there was noticeable crumbs/dirt in one area but otherwise very clean. All hotels should get their pillows wherever Holiday Inn Express&Suites gets theirs. These were flat and lumpy. “Very clean, very good atmosphere. We loved looking around at all the pictures in the lobby. We also loved all the decor in the rooms. Great shower pressure. Firm bed but comfy. We didn't find a hair dryer in our room.”

“As a Valued Rewards member. I enjoyed my stay. However the only thing I noticed was the housekeeping accidentally forgot to clean my microwave and the elevators needed a touch up cleaning. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will return in a couple days”

“Non-smoking room smelled of musty smoke. location was sketchy but the one plus is we did not get bed bugs. Stopped here on a cross country drive and after not being able to go to sleep at all, we left before it was even close to daylight. Please drive a bit farther to a better location.”

“The property had debris laying around under the breezeway and in the back of the parking area. The staff was nice. She asked if we wanted to pay $5 more for a renovated bathroom and we said yes. The room was nice looking but the floor had a sticky residue that made a sticking sound with every step. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dirt pushed to the corners and we paid $5 extra! “You get what you pay for so I can’t complain but the staff seemed a bit confused.. I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number. And for some reason they asked multiple times if I had any animals with me despite me saying numerous times that it was just me and my fiancée.
